  • To identify customers and their home addresses where the customer needs to be contacted to enable I & E Smith Services to fulfil our responsibilities for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment on site and/or fulfilment of sales orders.

  • To itemise specifications, invoices, contracts and other administrative tasks associated with the delivery of our services and works.
